View and Manage Orders

When purchasing through a checkout page, the system on our end creates an order. Using tab Orders, you can go to the ESupprot portal. It allows you to view information about all orders (including unpaid ones) created through your checkout page. In addition, you can manage them.

• Open the Merchant Portal and log in
• Go to Orders
• The first login:
  • The portal asks for your consent to provide your account information which is necessary to access order management capabilities
  • Click Authorize to confirm the action
• After that, you go to the ESupprot portal where you can manage any orders made via your checkout page

In addition to managing orders in tab Orders, you can:

• View statistics on paid orders in dashboard 
• Receive webhooks on order events
• Get order data via the Orders API
