Reports

The described functionality will be available soon.

Reports allow you to stay informed about the key sales metrics, such as gross and net revenues, refunds, and more. A report contains information on paid orders and their refunds.

Please note that when generating reports, all order amounts are converted into the payout currency of your margin. The payout currency is set by your Agreement. The conversion is made at the exchange rate valid for the day when the order is placed.

To view a report:

  • Log in to Merchant Portal.
  • Go to Reports / Overview.

The following is available to you:

  • Summarized metrics per period. You can see a percentage change over a previous period displayed additionally for every metrics. If you apply only one period in the Dates filter, the length of the previous period is the same as the length of the period you apply. If you apply two periods in Dates, you can see the changes for the periods applied.
  • Graph showing changes in metrics.
  • Breakdown table of metrics distributed by a parameter. E.g., to view metrics per product, select distribution by Title in the Dimension filter.
  • CSV report export.

More details on dimensions and metrics available in reports.

Graph types:

  • Bar Graph - shows the dynamics of all the metrics in one graph. This mode does not allow you to select a separate metric.
  • Line Graph - shows the dynamics of one or two metrics in one graph. If there are two metrics, you can see the data of the first one along the Ox-axis (along the left side), the data of the second one - along the right side.

Use filters to customize data in reports:

  • Dates – this filter allows you to:
    • Select one or two periods for which you want to view a report. When selecting two periods, a report provides a metric comparison per period.
    • Select granularity of data in reports: by days or months.
  • Order currency – allows you to filter data based on currencies in which customers place orders. You can view summary data for all the currencies or only one of them. By default, reports display order data in all the currencies. Please note that when generating a report, the system converts all the amounts concerning an order into the currency used in mutual settlements between you and Noventiq at the exchange rate valid for the day when the order is placed.
  • Product Type – allows you to filter data in your report based on product types: Initial or Renewal. You can select a type when creating or editing a product. The existence of a subscription does not affect the types. You can select to display summary data for all the product types, for one of them, or select Separate. The Separate mode allows you to view a metric comparison per product type.

Due to filtering, the following view modes are available to you:

  • Report on all metrics within analyzed periods.
Use this mode to see the dynamics of all the metrics. To view, select a period you want to be analyzed using the Dates filter (do not enter any data for the second period) and click on the bar graph icon .
  • Comparison of metrics within analyzed periods.
Use this mode to view the dynamics of several of the metrics in one graph.
Select a period you want to be analyzed using the Dates filter (do not enter any data for the second period) and click on the line graph icon . Then select the metrics you want to be displayed on the graph. This mode allows you to select only two metrics. You can see the data of the first one along the Ox-axis (along the left side), the data of the second one - along the right side. To view a breakdown of data in a table, select the metrics you want to be displayed. When using the table, you can select either all the metrics or only several of them.
  • Comparison of periods.
Use this mode to view the comparison of the metrics within the two periods you select in one graph.
Select a period you wnat to analyze and a period to which you want to compare using the Dates filter. To view in a graph, use the bar graph to compare the dynamics of all the metrics per period, or use the line graph to compare the dynamics of one of the metrics. This mode does not allow you to view comparisons by product type. You also cannot compare two different metrics using the line chart.

  • Comparison of product types.

Use this mode to see the comparison of the metrics for initial products and renewals in one graph. You can select a type when creating or editing a product. The existence of a subscription does not affect the types.

To view in a graph, use the bar graph to compare the dynamics of all the metrics per product type, or use the line graph to compare the dynamics of one of the metrics. This mode does not allow you to view comparisons by period. You also cannot compare two different metrics using the line chart.
