Tickets Statuses

In List of tickets and detailed page for each ticket you will see different Ticket statuses. Here we describe what all of them mean.

  • Open - ticket is open and awaiting for an engineer to start working on it
  • Work in progress - engineer is working on your request
  • Pending Customer - we are waiting for some additional details from your side
  • Pending Change - to solve your request, new Change request was initiated and we're awaiting for it to be implemented
  • Pending vendor - Case was escalated to OEM and we're working with them to solve your request
  • Resolved - your request is resolved
  • Closed - your request is closed
